Change of use or business compliance permits must be issued for a new business in an existing structure or location. Call the Building Department at (765) 775-5130 to schedule a meeting to discuss changes to be made to the existing location for your business's needs and to determine which type of permit is required.

Change of User Permit - remodel requiring building permit

3. List of Contractors (Contractor Bond Requirements) if applicable

Building Permit Fee:

Base fee: $285.00 (includes plan review, two (2) inspections, and certificate of occupancy), plus $2.00 per thousand of the estimated cost of construction.

The two (2) inspections included in the base fee are rough-in and final. In any additional inspections are required, you will be charged an additional $45.00 per inspection.
