The West Lafayette Sanitation Department now has a dumpster rental program for the unusually large amounts of trash that are generated from such projects.

Dumpster Rental

• 15-yard: $250.00 per rental period 
• 20-yard: $300.00 per rental period
• 30-yard: $350.00 per rental period

Rental prices includes delivery, pickup, and landfill fees for one rental period.

To reserve a dumpster, send dumpster rental agreement along with a check made payable to "City of West Lafayette" via mail or drop off payment at City Hall.

Rental period is equal to seven (7) calendar days, or one (1) dumpster load, whichever comes first.

The dumpsters are available for residents of dwellings not to exceed four (4) units which are eligible to receive City wastewater service and City solid waste and recycling services.

We do not accept the following items:

• Concrete, sod, dirt, gravel or bricks
• Roofing shingles
• Tires
• Chemicals or non latex paint (latex paint must be dry)
• Electronic items
• Items with refrigerant such as air conditioners, refrigerators or dehumidifiers
