Record requests can be made by filling out our request form and returning to records@wl.in.gov or by stopping in between the hours of 8am-4pm. Monday-Friday. We are located at 711 W Navajo Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906. If you have additional questions, please call us at 765-775-5210. Thank you!

The Captain of Special Services will then review the request and make contact with you within 48 hours of the time we receive your form to let you know if you can have the report and what your cost would be. If it can be released, there will be a charge of $0.10 cents per page.

If you are requesting video, photos, or audio recordings, there are further fees associated with reviewing, redacting and releasing these items. Anyone requesting audio or video should be aware that the fee for this can be up to $150.00, but not over that amount.
