Fingerprints are taken by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday, between 9:00am and 3:00pm. There is a $5.00 fee required.

*Please note that fingerprint services are available only to West Lafayette residents. Anyone outside the West Lafayette city limits will need to contact their local la enforcement agency. 

Call (765) 775-5200, during regular business hours: ask for Records Division to set an appointment. Approved form photo identification is required for fingerprinting.
