If you would like your impact to be on helping the children of the community, then a donation to our Scholarship Program would be perfect.  All donations to the Scholarship Program allow children to attend parks programs at a reduced cost.  The Department recognizes the need for programs within the community, and this program helps to offset any economic barriers that may exist for families.  For more information on how to donate, please contact Wellness Center Director, Kevin Noe, at knoe@westlafayette.in.gov.

Volunteering one's time is an excellent way to give back to the community.  The Parks and Recreation Department hosts a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year.  From volunteering at the Lilly Nature Center, to coaching youth sports, to helping spread mulch on trails, there is never a shortage of volunteer opportunities.  To get more information about volunteering, feel free to inquire about opportunities at the facility of your choosing, or contact Marketing Director, Heather Witt, at hwitt@westlafayette.in.gov.
