Our Park Allies AmeriCorps program aims to further develop and conserve our public greenspaces through service experience. Members serve with the goal of improving our public parks, land, and facilities and, thereby, improving health outcomes for our community.

AmeriCorps members will build positive relationships with neighborhoods and park patrons to deepen the fabric of our community. We are dedicated to growing and protecting our urban forest. The City of West Lafayette has been recognized as a Tree City USA since 1991.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in conservation and engaging with the community and the outdoors. Gain invaluable experience, challenge yourself, access free training, develop your skills, and uniquely experience a municipality. Join park allies and serve with us
